About

I’m a Principal Platform Engineer working on the architecture and scaling of mission-critical datacenter infrastructure. My focus is leverage: designing the platforms and automation other engineers build on, running the technical governance that keeps cross-functional teams unblocked, and, most recently, building autonomous AI agent systems that take operational friction out of the loop entirely.

I’ve been a full stack developer, an operator, and a support engineer, and that whole-lifecycle view shapes how I build platforms today: reliability, cost, and developer velocity are architectural concerns, not afterthoughts. The day-to-day toolkit is infrastructure and configuration as code: Terraform, Packer, and Ansible, plus tooling we build in-house.

Away from work I’m usually tinkering: microcontrollers, home servers, 3D printing, and whatever else has made it onto the bench. The common thread is curiosity: new tools get a proof of concept in the homelab long before I need them, and a lot of what I use professionally got its first test run at home. See interests for what I’m into, and experience for the career details.
